(Glyn and Jo)++

Some of you may have wondered…

• If Jo’s shoulder injury was ever going to be better enough for her to start back at capoeira
• Why she’s had her pipe drones corked off (…ok so maybe that’s not that unusual but she’s working on the fitness level to get them going again!)
• Why she wasn’t drinking alcohol
• Why she looks like she’s been on the pies

…well we now figured that it was time to be a bit more honest. For those of you that haven’t sneaked a look below, the truth is that Jo is 13 weeks pregnant. Yay! We had a scan today and some pictures are below.

The stills are nowhere near as cool as seeing it live, moving its mouth, jumping and seeing its little heart beating.

Current estimated exit time is 3rd October and we’ll post progress reports on here for the next 6 months (hopefully slightly more frequently than previously!).
