Two weekends ago the three of us had a 4 day holiday in the Lake district at Whinfell Forest, organised by Grandma Lesley and Grandad. Uncle Rhys and Auntie Camille joined us all, too (Grandma took the below photo, so she doesn’t make it in there).
Eilidh had been a little grumpy on the day before we left; we had thought that it was just because she being impatient and wanted to get going on the adventure but when we went swimming on the Friday evening we saw that her first top gum tooth had appeared. Grumpiness forgiven!
We all enjoyed lots of swimming (although one of us was a little more objectionable when it came to getting changed). The slide in the soft play area was fun, too.
We all also took our bikes, so had fun cycling around the site, especially Eilidh- she didn’t even need to pedal.
